Q: How do I cancel my KCRW membership?
A: We hope you’ll stay a KCRW member forever, but we understand that circumstances may change.
Need to cancel? If you wish to modify or cancel your monthly donation, please visit KCRW's secure payment portal. Once you've signed in, click "change amount or cancel." On the next screen, select "Cancel membership," then "Save."
Upon receiving your request, it may take up to two business days to process the change or cancellation. If your monthly donation has already been charged for the current month, the change will take effect the following month.
Refunds: We are unable to offer refunds for any monthly donations. However, we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your donation.
We sincerely thank you for supporting KCRW. We hope to welcome you back in the future! A donation of any amount makes you a member again.
