Q: How do I make a donation in honor of a loved one?
A: Go to KCRW’s join page and make the desired donation. After you press ‘DONATE’ at the bottom of the page, you will have an opportunity to add a note on the confirmation page.
In that notes field, please indicate the following:
- The person(s) the gift is being made in honor of
- The occasion (if appropriate)
- The person(s) you would like an acknowledgment sent to as well as the relevant contact information (email address or mailing address)
For example:
This donation is in memory of Matthew Smith. It is being made by Devon and Taylor Jones.
Matthew is survived by his wife, Susan. Please send her an acknowledgment of this gift by mail to 1234 N Sunrise St, Santa Monica, CA 90405.
OR
This donation is in honor of the wedding of Devon and Taylor Jones. It is being made by Morgan Smith.
Please send Devon and Taylor an acknowledgment of this gift by email at dt@email.com
